Key Responsibilities:

✓ Originate and negotiate second-hand vessel sales, newbuilding contracts, and demolition deals
✓ Perform vessel valuations, asset condition analyses, and commercial feasibility assessments
✓ Maintain active networks with global shipowners, financial institutions, and shipyards
✓ Draft and review Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) terms and closing documentation
✓ Track international shipbuilding prices, recycling markets, and fleet demographics

Must Have’s

✓ Proven track record in Sale & Purchase (S&P) or vessel asset transactions
✓ Strong analytical and contract negotiation skills with deep maritime asset insight
✓ Established relationships across international shipowning and financing communities
✓ High level of integrity, market discretion, and commercial drive
